Why I do this work

Some change we choose. Others arrive unexpectedly. I know what it’s like to be there.I’ve faced redundancy, relocation, bereavement, and the change that comes when children leave home. Each moment invited me to question my identity, purpose, and direction.

Through my own journey I discovered the power of reflection and conscious choice in creating a life that truly fits.

Now, I help other women do the same.

A Little About Me

I’m a wife, a mum, and a Christian who knows that Jesus journeys with me.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me outdoors — walking with friends or family, tending to my garden, journalling wth paint or getting creative with crafting. I love reading, and I’m happiest when I’m connected to community and nature.

Some change we plan for but some losses arrive quietly and unexpectedly. However it arrives the result can be confusing and disorientating.

Having fulfilled a long held dream to move back north near to the Yorkshire Dales I am now developing my coaching business. I have undertaken 60 hours of ICF accredited training and am working towards my ICF accreditation.
